Trip to the Emergency Room: 2
Woke up this morning feeling great after having mind numbing nausea for the previous almost 48 hours, to bleeding and cramping. So, into the ER we went. Had the same doctor and the same lab tech as I did last time...After an hour and a half of being poked, prodded, and examined, the doctor came to the conclusion that everything looked just fine. (WHEW!) I am soooo thankful that my baby is doing ok, but I hate this...I hate being worried all the time that I'm going to lose this wonderful gift. My mom is right (I know I said this before) We tried for so long to get this baby, that now that we have it all I'm doing is worrying about losing it....instead of enjoying any of my pregnancy...but, I already love my baby SO much, and I am SO scared...I don't really know how to explain how I feel. I just know that I will feel so much better after the first trimester is over and I know (99%) that everything will be just fine, instead of wondering and worrying every day. I realize that this is only the beginning of the worry that I will feel throughout my pregnancy and raising this child...but still...come on...please just give me one day where something doesn't give me cause for worry! Anyways, I would appreciate some prayers, for not only that everything will be alright with my baby, but for calmness and trust in God that He will make sure everything will be okay, for me.

New Due Date
Well. I had my first ultrasound today and everything looks good. We even got to hear it's precious little heartbeat, 108 perfect beats per minute. I am however, a week later in my pregnancy that expected, so TOMORROW will mark 6 weeks...not last Saturday. Oh well...my baby is doing well so that's all I really care! Due date has been changed to September 13. Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of your week, I am going to go and take a nap!

Amazing Gifts
Good day!! I hope everyone has had a most excellent weekend. Mine was pretty good...was just lazy and laid around (due to spotting) and it was wonderful. This morning I called my Doc, because I was still spotting and was a little concerned. He told me to head into the Emergency Room and have them take a look. So...in we went and I just have to take a minute to say that I have never had a better Emergency Room experience than I did at this hospital. (weird, I know)...but if you're ever in Helena, and need Emergency assistance..you should be pleased. Anyhoo...They did some blood work, did a pelvic exam and an ultrasound and everything looks okay. The doctor just said that the bleeding just looks trivial and that everything is just as it should be. Thank Jesus! It's so sad for me to say, but we spent so long trying to get pregnant, that now that I am pregnant...all I'm doing is worrying about losing my baby, and I'm not fully enjoying this amazing gift. Now that I have seen my baby's heartbeat on my ultrasound, and know that he/she is in just the right spot inside me...I feel much better, and I can't wait to really be able to see him/her on Wednesday when I have my first "official" ultrasound on the big machine, and not just the little portable that they used in the ER. For now, the doctor put me on "bed rest" for the rest of today and tomorrow and I will have to follow up with my doctor (Dr. H) tomorrow and see what he wants me to do after that. So....for now...my diagnosis is TBD, and I will just have to enjoy an extra day off of work being lazy.

6 Weeks Pregnant
Today marks the 6 week anniversary of my pregnancy haha. Other than my scare yesterday...which is still kinda happening...but it's not progressing, so my Doc is not worried about it. (whew!) Things are going pretty good. My boobs still ache, I am having to pee about 55 times a day/night, certain smells are starting to bother me, and I am cranky as hell! My poor husband...It's like having PMS amplified times 10! I am bloated and I ALWAYS feel like I have to poop. It's awesome! I know it sounds a little insane, but I LOVE feeling this way! (With the exception of feeling terrified that I might miscarry at any second, and running to the bathroom every time I feel a little trickle or slight cramp or anything....I am making myself insane) The book I am reading makes me feel like I'm not so crazy though. I am very random too....So anyways. Feeling pretty decent. I was thinking the other day about how much I LOVE writing things on my calendar that say things like "First Ultrasound 1:00p" and "2nd Dr. Appt-2:30P". Anyways...below is a picture of what my baby looks like right now!

Prayers PLEASE!
I have never been more scared in my entire life than I have been this afternoon. I am spotting, and I am terrified. I called my Doctor's office and his nurse just told me to relax, and take it easy, and to call back an hour later and let her know how heavy I was bleeding, and if I began cramping. I laid down, and stared at the clock for an hour, got the nerve to get up and check for more bleeding and called my nurse back. "Just noticing blood on the TP after I use the toilet, and so far, no cramping" Good news, she said, and told me that if it worsens to call the on call doc and head to the Emergency Room (that is 40 miles away)...and that if I am having a miscarriage, there is nothing they can do about it.
I realize that this happens. I realize that there may be nothing at all wrong, I just need to take it easy. But that doesn't make it any less scary. So....still nothing more exciting than a little light spotting going on...and I am going to bed. I appreciate prayers/good vibes/etc that any of you can send my way. Thank you very much.

So Much For Keeping It Quiet...
Welp...that lasted a long time eh? One of my co-workers (I had told 4, Including my boss) told my secret to everyone I work with....I am not sure which one, since nobody would spill the beans (wish the people I told could have been so secretive) I don't know who told, or if something was overheard, or if one of my co-workers that works for my Dr Friend saw my blood tests or what happened...but the jig is up...everyone knows...and we had to race home and tell my grandparents and rest of the family before they heard it from someone at the grocery store. (GOTTA love small towns) So...since everyone knew anyways...we decided to go ahead and make it known to the world and post it on Facebook that we are expecting.
I was really quite upset at first...like "who the eff are you thinking you can tell MY news to everyone!!??" But...oh well...what can you do right? So, we thought we'd make the best out of it and say "Well...I guess the more people that know, the more prayers we will receive for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby".
My family is soooo freakin excited! It's so nice to have such an amazing support system. Jason's family is happy too...but I guess they are better at hiding it....or something....haha! His Grandparents were excited! However his parents were more concerned about having enough money to take care of the kid...than they were about becoming grandparents. Whateves, I guess. Jason and I are elated, and really, that's all that matters!
Again, I will keep you posted! My first ultrasound is next Wednesday! So hopefully I will have a picture of the little bean to put on here!

THE BIG NEWS!!!!
Guess what? I'M PREGNANT!!!!! And we couldn't be more excited! We found out about a week ago...took a home pregnancy test after I only spotted for a couple days rather than having a full blown visit from Aunt Flo, (TMI...I know...get used to it :D) and it was Positive...ok...took another the next morning -positive. Went to the county health office to take another- she did 2...both positive! Went and got my blood drawn at work the next day POSITIVE!! YAY!!!
Pregnancy is already wreaking havoc on me. My boobs ache like hell, I'm sooooo tired, my back is KILLING me, and I'm starting to gag at nothing. However, I am truly loving every minute of it!
I have my first prenatal appointment tomorrow and I am so nervous! I will keep you posted!
Thanks to those of you who prayed/sent vibes/sent good thoughts! It paid off!
I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant (according to the nurse at the Health Clinic's calculations)...here is what my baby looks like
To my "real life" friends: I am wanting to keep this quiet for awhile, so please don't put anything on my facebook page, or mention anything about my pregnancy to anybody, except of course me. Thank you!

New Year's Resolutions....
I like doing New Year's Resolutions. It's pretty silly, I know, but I still do em, just because I want to look back and see if things were accomplished. Sometimes they aren't...sometimes they are...sometimes they are in the process of being accomplished.
Last Year My Resolutions were:
1) Get knocked up!
2) Be positive.
3) Spend more time with my family.
4) Get the inside of the house done!
I accomplished 2 of these things...the other two I will work more on this year...and even the ones I accomplished I will continue to work on.
So...forward we go! This year's resolutions are...
1) Become blessed with a healthy baby.
2)Spend more time with my family.
3)Continue on the road to better health.
4) Stay Positive!
5) Be More Organized!
6) Continue to grow in my faith.
And the word of the year is: HOPE
So there we go! What are your New Year's Resolutions?
